Checking Out Equipment
Faculty and graduate teaching assistants can check out available equipment for academic or instructional uses, and for any non-profit purpose.
Equipment is available from campus CATLabs. Make a reservation for equipment checkout using this form.
Request Equipment Using this Form
Most equipment is limited to a 2-week checkout period, though lavalier mics are checked out for the entire semester. Extensions can be requested via email but are limited to 2 extensions per the original reservation. Equipment and devices utilized should not substitute for adequate departmental resources and are due back at the agreed-upon return date.
Faculty, graduate teaching assistants, and staff are bound by these checkout policies, including reservation limits, lateness, loss, damage, theft and non-profit policies. Faculty will also be asked to sign an equipment use agreement.
