Learning Community Development (LCD) is a department under the Center for Excellence in Teaching, Learning & Online Education (CETLOE) at Georgia State University.

LCD also supports the Digital Learners to Leaders (DLL) initiatives that give students the opportunity to develop and demonstrate digital skillsets. Current DLL initiatives include: The Digital Learners to Leaders Course, Development Innovation Leadership Team, DLL Technology Training, and PantherHackers.
