Event Equipment Requests
Please complete and submit the form below to request event equipment. Equipment requests should be submitted at least 48 business hours before weekday events, or one week for weekend and off campus events. Requests for service outside of this notice will be subject to availability of equipment and staffing. Students will need to have a faculty or staff sponsor make requests for event services.
Our Business Hours
MON – THURS: 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
FRI: 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.
After Hours: A $140 flat rate per event will be charged for events scheduled after hours.
